Structur and biological activity of halocyclopropane-containing derivatives of sesquiterpene lactones

摘要
This paper presents the results of the comparative analysis of biological activity of halocyclopropanecontaining derivatives of natural sesquiterpene lactones. Examined the relationship structure - pharmacological activity in a raw of synthesized compounds containing such pharmacophoric groups as chloro-and bromocyclopropane cycles. Based on these results, it was established that the biological activity depends on the position and properties of substituents in the molecule. These data allow further improvement in the design of molecules of certain classes of compounds, from the point of view of increasing their effectiveness.
