摘要
This research objectived to identify and to recognize the perception of the formative needs of the academic Bachelor in Physical Education Center Physical Education and Sports (CEFD), of Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) in situations of Supervised Internship. This phenomenological study in the form of a case study with a qualitative approach used as instrument a questionnaire with open questions, interpreted by content analysis. The participants were 20 students from the 7th semester of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from CEFD/UFSM. The collected information allowed the identification of formative needs that cross the initial training process, as epistemological perspective based on the technical instrumental rationalism, that underlie the difficulties in dealing teaching in physical education classes. At the same time that information mobilized a discussion on the process of teacher socialization, taking into account learning among actors who share the same educational space. In this sense, the school organization, as an important element in the future host teacher was seconded to close the school permeated the discussions in the initial formative.
