E0, M0, AND M1 TRANSITIONS AND FRAGMENTATION OF LEVELS IN YB-170 - 2-PHONON 1Y-STATES

摘要：
In the even-even deformed nucleus Yb-170 1- --> 1- E0 transitions have been observed between levels. The upper of these levels are discussed as two-phonon octupole-beta-quadrupole states. On the basis of the probabilities of M 1 transitions fragmentation of the wave functions over real 1- levels is established. New levels 0+, 0-, 1-, and 2+ are proposed.
