摘要：
In this study, "conditional divorce" that is a type of divorce, and in relation to this the topic of "divorce oath" are examined. By taking up the place of the subject within the systematic of Islamic law, different approaches about both the "conditional divorce" and "divorce oath" and current practices in the Islamic countries are discussed. This study also includes some suggestions about the subject.
