摘要
The evolution of the commercial jurisdiction since the Roman era, passing by the objectification of positive law, until the impact of economic globalization requires a practical and autonomous, commercial jurisdiction expressed in commercial arbitration, but electronic technology poses an electronic merchant judicial jurisdiction. The commercial jurisdiction contains principles and own fundamentals from its origins, which were adapted to the different conditions that marked the various stages of the evolution of the jurisdiction of this legal tradition, which even before the Roman objective law, argued his character referees, which remains until the present time, overcoming the time of conceptual boom of positive law, and recovering its character of realistic and practical legal order on globalization.
