摘要
As result of the formidable impact of the feminist critique on many fields of knowledge, the current development of gender studies within diverse disciplines (cultural studies, film studies, anthropology, psychology, philosophy, as well as political, economical and legal studies) affects issues which are fundamental to the history of political thought and call for a confrontation - both inside and outside the Italian borders - with their impact on the paths and forms of the research on the political concepts of the past and on cultural, socio-political and symbolic dynamics of the present. The impact of the engendered approach to the historical analysis of political ideas is a interweaving of voices, which is crossed by a double critical stance, on the one hand, to re-read (and rewrite) the dominant philosophical canon; on the other, to rethink the method of the scientific and academic research, turning the feminist critique into a methodological perspective.
