摘要：
Topicality of the problems of microbe-inflammatory processes of the urinary tract in pediatric practice is due to considerable share of urinary tract infections in structure of kidney malfunctions, due to the fact that urinary tract infections tend to progress and develop chronic kidney failure. 711 children with urinary tract infections were investigated. We study specific ethiology and flowing of urinary tract infections at children. Comparative datas of different antibacterial and antireccurent treatment of urinary tract infections at children are given.
