摘要：

A review is presented of work on disjunctive deductive databases. The semantic approach to disjunctive deductive databases as developed by Fernandez and Minker is explored. The method is applied to stratified and stable model semantics for disjunctive deductive databases. The semantics for updating a subclass of disjunctive deductive databases is described.
