摘要
Introduction of digital instrumentation and control in nuclear power plants is characterized by the need to meet numerous requirements concerning reliability, ergonomic design of the main control room and comprehensive qualification. The system described here is distinguished by a hierarchical and modular structure, being redundant throughout. Ergonomic considerations dominate the layout of the screen-based main control room. Powerful computer-aided engineering tools are employed for planning of the entire system and for generation of the user software. Qualification is performed in step with the development of the system, based on the applicable national and international rules and regulations and in close cooperation with an independent expert.
