Approach to the University of XXI Century

If it is had to characterize to the century that finishes, a century of revolutions in the plane of the culture is without a doubt XX century, since the sense and the processes of socialization have structured in a short space of time radical changes in the way in which the men conceive the relation between their condition of individuals and its bond with the social surroundings. The advance in mass media has transformed the two forms of sensitivity: the space and the time, doing that the individual times and spaces cannot already evade a cosmopolitan and universal sense. In the educative plane the bonds between education and production with the sprouting of a new productive force held fast fruit of the scientific technical revolution, making the social division very complex of the work. All this demonstrates the transcendental paper which they are going to fulfill the universities in the indicated context, where the traditional papers of the instruction will be renewed by the responsibilities of innovation and ethical regulation.
