摘要
The following work was made with the intention of contributing to the essential formation of Higher Education students. The objective of this study was to promote the development of the sense of life in the students of the Technological Institute of Los Mochis ITLM, through an intervention program with a humanist approach. We carried it out with students of the second semester of the Degrees in Administration and Accounting, starting from the design and implementation of a workshop course "Human Development and Sense of Life" in the period August-December 2017. We used a qualitative methodology, through the research-action method; The work diary of the participants in the course-workshop was used as an instrument, in addition to complementing it with semi-structured interviews. The results indicate that from the experience performed during the implementation of the workshop-course activities, favorable changes were manifested in the development of the participants' sense of life, which at the same time had a positive impact on their personal and academic development. The results indicate that the careful design of this type of activities can have important results personally and academically. It is necessary to monitor the program and continue permanently with this type of actions, which serve as support for the comprehensive training of students in Higher Education Institutions.
