Possible mechanism of nonsteady-state erosion combustion of composite solid propellants

摘要
It has been demonstrated that in the combustion of composite solid propellants the instantaneous mass burning rate cast depend on variations in the velocity of cross-flow of gases even if in the steady-state regime the combustion is insensitive to cross-flow velocity. A method has been proposed for studying the nonsteady-state erosion combustion in experiments with composite systems.
