摘要
Hexagonal BaTiO3 was formed by doping only 2 mol% of Mn. Investigation of this effect of Mn in terms of its valency state and size of Mn ion revealed that the small size of Mn4+ ion is a dominant factor favoring the formation of the hexagonal phase.
