摘要：
This article will examine some aspects of possessory actions in the new Code of Civil Procedure, with an emphasis on the collective demands, emphasizing the importance of the public defender role. The participation of the Public Defender's Office in all possessory claims is already an important constant in our legal reality and looking here to determine its renewed social role in collective demands, once the new Code of Civil Procedure determined its summons, which must precede, under penalty of nullity, any preliminary judicial decision to be issued in collective possessory demands.
