摘要：
Irreducible representations of Hecke algebras of the type A(n-1), H(n)(q), are discussed in the non-standard basis. Some subduction coefficients, i.e. the transformation coefficients between the standard and non-standard base of H(n)(q), are derived by using the linear equation method.
