摘要：
One of the great barriers that exist in digital inclusion is the speed with which computer equipment become outdated, a phenomenon that involves ongoing investment in infrastructure, which becomes a limiting factor in some sectors, particularly rural, for this reason, there is the development of an economic system and easily portable, installed on a USB drive that meets the requirements of a local area network and Internet accessibility, functioning as a server optimized for obsolete equipment, which qualifies full advantage of existing equipment.
