摘要
A plant for producing dry ready-mix construction materials has been erected at the cement and lime works of Schretter & Cie in Vils, Austria. The plant was designed as a vertical plant. The silos for sand, binder and additives, and the electromechanical hopper weighers are located above the mixer platform. Screw conveyors carry the individual components from the silos to the weighers which empty directly into the mixers. Special distributor belt conveyors after the mixers feed two bagging machines. a Big-Bag filling station, a bulk loading system for bulk carriers, and 4 finished product silos. The fully electronic plant has a capacity of 50 t/h or 1200 bags/h (for 40 kg bags). 500 mix formulations can be retrieved from the mix memory. The plant was designed so that it can be expanded at any time. ft can deliver a pallet load of top-quality dry ready-mix construction materials at the press of a button.
