摘要
Character of epidemiology process of tubercular infection depends on a volume and quality of prophylactic measures among which chemoprophylaxis has decisive importance. To study the quality and efficiency of chemoprophylaxis, 150 children case histories were analized, 98 of them lived in nidus of tubercular infection. Absence or off-grade conducted and organized chemoprophylaxis (by an out-of-control method, traditionally by one chemodrug, without the account of all risk factors), promotes the rise of risk of local tuberculosis development in children, which live in the nidus of tubercular infection.
