User Regulations as a Marketing Tool in Libraries

摘要
In library practice, nowadays user regulations are an essential and indispensable paper, because not only the conditions for use of the library are regulated, but in addition many details of general regulations and (legal) requirements of the library as well as regulations on fees and opening hours are defined. However, libraries consider user regulations usually not from the marketing point and are unconcerned about the effects on customers. In a communication strategy, however, all communication tools must be integrated.
