摘要：
In the framework of a generalized magnetic relaxation phenomenological theory, which includes the exchange relaxational term, the Bloch point (BP) dissipative dynamics was investigated. It was shown, that consideration of exchange relaxation can explain the extremely small BP mobility value, observed in the experiment, contrary to conventional relaxation theory, based on relativistic terms.
