摘要：
The finding that the motion of magnetic multipoles gives rise to electric current multipoles with an electric field corresponding to the field of the electric charge multipoles is discussed. The formulae for electric current quadrupole moments (ECQM) have been obtained. Estimates of the ECQM of atoms and nuclei have been made.
