THE COMPANY SAFETY: FACTORS FOR EFFICIENT WORK TRAINING

摘要
Training can produce and will produce positive results based on clearly defined and specific needs of the workplace and provided paying attention both to learning mode. In the world of work in the enterprise environment is a key element to reducing accidents. Hence the importance of considering all the variables that can affect the training activity; such as: the type and cultural level of workers, the agenda of the training and the purpose it is intended to achieve with it, when to perform such training, the hours and the place where will carry out and, finally, the frequency of training actions. This type of training, which is usually performed in a single act, requires a detailed study of the reasons that carried out and their variables. This article presents a case where the initial design of the training, a Department of a company in the chemical sector, had to be modified to reduce the accident rate and the positive results achieved.
