Organizational climate in Colombian companies 1980-2004

摘要
The companies deliver attacks to identify, by means of their measurement, the organizational climate that their employees perceive going to techniques designed for this intention by expert professionals in the subject. This work present the results of the application of an instrument to measure climate in Colombian organizations (IMCOC), designed and applied by this author, with pre and postgraduate students of the faculty of Administration of the University of the Rosary and in works of consultancy in the period between 1980 - 2004, in 176 companies of different sectors and sizes in Colombia. The results appear thus in two perspective; description in the perspective of hypothesis of First degree, that they are from the processing of all the information, considering the questions of each one of the variables in its positivism and average obtained in 176 companies in the years of its application. It can be understood this like an organizational climate profile in the Colombian companies. Analysis of behavior of variables of IMCOC, in each one of studies, that explains the form since the perception of the organizational climate in the time and its relation with the Culture of the Organization has appeared, to conclude that the organizational climate perceived by the employees in the Colombian companies, is explained in the context of the organizational culture, that is from the application of a determined administrative model.
