摘要：
The use of small sample volume cryogenically cooled NMR probes is described. Examples of applications of these probes in the elucidation of the structures of small samples of marine natural products are reported. The capabilities of 1.7 mm cryoprobes for the acquisition of low sensitivity 2D NMR experiments such as 1,1-and 1, n-ADEQUATE are also discussed.
