摘要
Invasive sphenoid sinus aspergillosis is a rare clinical entity in immunocompetent patients. It is often misdiagnosed because of its diverse clinical presentation and lack of suspicion. Timely diagnosis and early treatment of such cases may improve the outcome of this potentially fatal condition. We hereby present a rare occurrence of invasive sphenoid sinus aspergillosis in an immunocompetent host, presenting as a cerebellopontine angle mass lesion.
