摘要
The technologies of the information and the communication constitute a field of extreme interest for many people. The evaluation of the educative software represents a work that must approach teachers. Variety of models and guidelines of evaluation of programs exist but unknown by most of them. In this article the revision of different models is made to establish a resource that contributes as criteria and general directions, technical, aesthetic and pedagogical, among the conditions of the user. It will serve as base to propose a model of programs evaluation. The models are considered in descriptive form and the contributions of each one are studied. The most important conclusion is the similarities among them in the consideration of the pedagogical and technical dimensions, although the interactions between the actors and software approach assume particular positions in their valuation, as well as the typologies of educative software, which defines most important characteristics. The methodology of use of the multimedia represents another important aspect within the evaluative process, where the characteristics of the users will assign the best strategy.
