摘要：
The article described the specificity of activity of the Volgograd regional youth division of the Russian Society of Political Scientists. The paper analyzed the joint work of young political scientists with leading lecturers of the department of Political Science of the Volgograd State University on the implementation of scientific research project "System of administrative and political control in the Volgograd region: monitoring of the effectiveness, search for resources and development of innovative technologies of modernization", conducted within the framework of the regional contest of Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation "Volga land in the history and culture of Russia".
