摘要：
The number of microorganisms in rhizosphere was dependent on plant growth stage but in root - free soil was affected by the season. The fungi preferentially occupied the ectorhizosphere whereas prokaryotes the endorizosphere. The quality of microorganisms isolated from the rhizosphere as well as from root-free soil changed with vegetation season.
