摘要
The use of robotics and opportunities in the food and drinks industry is discussed. It was found that there had been a significant number of installations in the UK and Europe but these had centered on packaging systems. The technology is available to develop many more specific food sector applications. It is concluded that technologies need to be integrated to enable specific food machines to be developed which meet the necessary hygiene and food industry requirements.
