摘要：
This paper highlights the ''PROCESSWISE'' methodology for business process reengineering and describes the sophisticated computer based tools that support the modelling, re-engineering and implementation. The paper references a successfully completed major BPR project in Australia that underlines the benefits of BPR. Also highlighted is the complete integration of ProcessWise into the business strategic planning and IT Architecture Development phases of the OPENframework Methodology.
