摘要：

4-Aminomethylcarbostyrilhydrochloride (II) was treated with potassium thiocyanate in ethanol to get the corresponding thiourea (IIa), which in situ reacted with various 3-bromoacetyl coumarins (I) to give the triheterocyclic thiazoles (III). Spectral properties and anti-inflammatory activity of (I) and (III) are reported.
