摘要
Selective crystallization of TiO2 nanostructures with controllable morphology and size has been reported by a facile solution based chemical synthesis. Nanowire bundles, nanorods and dandelion like spheres can be obtained by adjusting the precursor hydrolysis condition. HCl used in the system has played an important role in the formation of titanium chloric complex in aqueous solution, which acts as an effective precursor to shape controlled hydrolysis. The electrochemical properties of these novel TiO2 nanostructures have also been tested.
