摘要：
Based on rigorous kinematical analysis, a unified representation of displacement variation through the thickness of laminated shells is derived in the present paper, and then an approximate theory of laminated shells accounting for continuity of displacements and transverse shear stresses at layer interfaces is established. The governing equations contain only five unknowns.
