摘要
The role of a multfunctional cytokin called TGF-beta in the genesis of fibrosis has been investigaed in various trails. Experimental studies showed TGF-beta production causes glomentlosclooress and tubolomestial fibroses in the rerial issue in a few works. On the constemy, fibrosis process characterises of a new cytokin called bone geophogenie protein (BMP-7) which belongs to a subgroup of the TGF-beta family is gelling may attention. The role of GMP-7 for the treatment of tubolocaterisital illinois seen in the progressive renal diseases is being started to investigate to my of hte experimental studies done recently, estigenous BMP-7 was used, at nephropathy model and successful results were reported. These exciting results are pointing our the beginning of a new era in the treatment of progressive renal diseases with fibrosis where these experimental, studies, clinically.
