摘要
The writers revealed the elements that influenced the development of positive attitudes toward work activities, and also provided psychopedagogical tools for modifying them in students. Research methods were used to deepen the theoretical and practical elements that influenced the change of attitudes in students during such activities, like: the analysis - synthesis and induction deduction. As results were declared the psychological assumptions that explained the formation process of the attitudes oriented toward the work training. It was offered psychological mechanisms which can become barriers that hinder the formation and development of personality attitudes in children, adolescents and youth. Suggestions to teachers were provided as methodological guide to promote the training and change of attitudes in the development of activities with students.
