摘要
Phytopathogenic fungus V. dahliae life cycle was studied in the soil using the membrane filter and immunofluorescent staining. The stages of the fungus development in the soil were described under the influence of various conditions. It was observed that the microsclerotia were formed in the soil in several ways.
