摘要：
This article is devoted to the analysis of new strategic documents on national security issues in Russia and in foreign countries. The author considers the mentioned legal acts from the position of legal techniques, examines issues of validity, internal structure, the presence of definitions. The procedure of updates of the document's content has also been studied.
