摘要
New-generation application systems for the latest thin-film coating formulations electrostatically spray one- and two-component materials containing less solvents. As a consequence, curing takes less heat and results in lower solvent emissions. But a balance of applied energies is needed for optimum cost/performance. Diagrams for typical systems for manual and automatic spraying of heated high-solid coatings are included and their operations described.
