摘要
This article summarizes the current conceptualization within the MR/DD field regarding quality of life, quality enhancement, and quality assurance. The author also discusses a number of implications stemming from these issues for program planning and evaluation. Specific topics addressed include the concept of quality of life and its measurement, quality enhancement and management techniques, and a comprehensive framework for quality assurance.
