The question of the acquired experience of construction and development of the scale of evaluating of educational achievement of pupil and students from different countries of the world is considered in the article. Analysis of the got experience testifies to impossibility of unification scales of an assessment election of one uniform for all scale of measurement of knowledge of pupils and students. One of pathes to a successful solution of a problem of reforming scale of measurement of knowledge-to accumulate experience, to analyze outcomes of researches in this range and to borrow best of existing.
