摘要：
This research has a mixed approach, descriptive exploratory, where the validation and reliability of an instrument designed to diagnose the capabilities of innovation and knowledge management in high-tech companies in Mexico are presented. The questionnaire consisted of 66 item, divided into 3 variables: high-tech companies, knowledge management practices and innovation capabilities, obtaining a reliability index of 0.816. The validity is approached from the analysis of content and criteria, obtaining scores very close to unity.
