摘要
This paper describes a remote device based on a calculational method for obtaining colorimetric quantities from the measured spectral reflectances of an object. The time to measure a single spectrum is 3.2 ms. It makes it possible to determine the colorimetric quantities of not only self-luminous but also nonself-luminous objects illuminated by a source of any unknown spectral content. A built-in microprocessor averages over sixty-four spectra and computes the colorimetric quantities.
