摘要：

Salt-losing tubulopathies with secondary hyperaldosteronism are genetic disorders that involve the thick ascending limb of Henle's loop and the distal convoluted tubule. Bartter syndrome type. is a salt-losing renal tubular disorder and mimics the laboratory features of chronic treatment with loop diuretics such as hyponatremia, hypokalemia, hypercalciuria. In this report, a patient with Bartter syndrome type. is presented and the clinical and laboratory findings and treatment are reviewed.
