摘要
The correlated diffusion motion of particles induced by a randomly migrating vacancy in the tetrahedral or octahedral interstitial sites in bcc lattice, which each form non-Bravais lattice is studied within the encounter model using Monte Carlo simulation techniques. It is found that the tracer correlation factor for each case is in good agreement with the results obtained by M. Koiwa and S. Ishioka using the Green function approach.
