FOUR THESES FOR A DAY CARE CENTERS QUALITY EVALUATION IN THE REGION EMILIA-ROMAGNA

This paper presents the experience that the Region of Emilia-Romagna, Italy, is currently promoting the issue of educational evaluation in day care centers and a pre-schools from a systemic approach, oriented horizontal co-construction processes and procedures to assess the quality of each day care center and early childhood education individually. In an unprecedented way in Brazil, the text presents the translation of these four theses for evaluation of quality in child care centers represent the first evidence of the work produced on the process of hetero-evaluation in this context.
