摘要：
A common formulation of quantum and classical-statistical mechanics in Liouville space is described. In this formulation the standard procedures of quantum mechanics, including a simplifying group theoretical analysis, can be used to solve the dynamics of a classical ensemble. An example is provided where these ''quantum'' methods are advantageous with respect to the computation using classical trajectories.
