摘要：
The goal of the study was determination of the haemocapillary role in the restoration of arterial hypertension in patients operated on because of aorta coarctation. The biopsies of skeletal muscles of upper and lower limbs were examined in the operated and non-operated patients. Muscular-capillary ratio was determined morphometrically. The connection of the postoperative hypertension syndrome with the capillary bed reduction is established. Ultrastructural basis of the phenomenon is demonstrated.
