摘要
The effect of a transverse electrostatic field on the interference of electronic waves in a submicron GaAs/AlGaAs loop was investigated. It was found that the mesoscopic microwave emf is a periodic function of the gate voltage. The experimental results are explained by an increase of the phase difference between the components of the electronic wave function in the channels of the interferometer under the action of an electrostatic field on one of the channels.
