摘要
The purpose of this article is to help promote a reflection on how education can contribute to building a scientific culture. To facilitate this reflection on the concept of scientific culture and the implications of its definition, is then introduced briefly the notion of scientific literacy, another key concept closely related to scientific culture. Why, how and why raise it? What kinds of values are to be transmitted in your teaching? What has educational implications? Here are some of the questions we'll answer. Finally we will discuss an education program to promote scientific culture in Ecuador, the fundaments, procedures and some results of "Young researchers" project.
