Annotation. Kostikova I. I. Condition and prospects of informatization of higher education. The modern condition of informatization is analyzed in the paper and the main prospects of computerization of higher education in colleges and universities of Ukraine are highlighted as well. It's done with different research methods such as literary sources analysis, questionnaire design, expert evaluation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.
